Wouxun:
Press MENU + TDR to switch to Frequency Mode.
Enter receive frequency 146.640 MHz on the number pad.
Press MENU + 4 + MENU, then use up and down arrows to select power level.
Press MENU + EXIT to exit.
Press MENU + 8 + MENU, then use up and down arrows to select bandwidth.
Press MENU + EXIT to exit.
Press MENU + 1 + 6 + MENU, then use up and down arrows to select 100.0 tone.
Press MENU + EXIT to exit.
Press MENU + 2 + 7 + MENU.
Enter three-digit channel number or rotate the rotary encoder or use arrow keys to select the channel number.
Press MENU + EXIT to exit.
You will be prompted that the REC FREQ has been stored.
Enter transmit frequency 146.060 MHz on the number pad.
Press MENU + 2 + 7 + MENU + MENU + EXIT.
You will be prompted that the TX FREQ has been stored.

After you have programmed and saved the settings, press PTT and announce your call sign. As you do this, you should see the display on the radio shifted down by 600 KHz (to 146.060 MHz). You will also hear the repeater close the frequency after you release PTT. This will be your verification that you programmed the radio correctly and are in range of the repeater.
